The Hamilton 400-65401 #5 Boomless Spray Nozzle is a heavy-duty brass spray nozzle designed to provide wide-area chemical application without the need for a traditional spray boom. Featuring a standard 1/2-inch female NPTF connection, it installs easily on tractor, ATV, truck, or utility sprayers. The nozzle includes interchangeable 180° full-spray and 90° half-spray caps, allowing you to quickly adapt the spray pattern for open fields, fence lines, roadsides, and other targeted applications. With a flow rate of approximately 2.0 GPM at 40 PSI and coverage of up to 46–50 feet with the 180° cap (depending on operating pressure), it delivers even, consistent spray distribution while reducing equipment complexity and maintenance. Constructed from corrosion-resistant brass for long service life in demanding agricultural and commercial spraying applications.
