Model 2570 lays plastic 3 Ft. or 4Ft. wide. Has adjustable bed height from 3” to 7”. Bed press is UHMW poly lined for smooth firm bed. Requires 60 HP (minimum 5,000 lbs tractor weight) tractor. Cat II. This model also comes with the auto RO-TRAK system which gives you more uniform and fuller beds, helps prevent plastic mulch film from coming loose, and allows you to lay mulch film faster.  This is all done automatically for the driver.

What is RO-TRAK?

“Ro-Trak” is a self-steering device for the Model 2570 and 2670 raised bed plastic mulch layers. Ro-Trak electronically senses when the tractor slides sideways and hydraulically makes adjustments to minimize machine’s drifting. Ro-Trak works especially well on hillsides and contours, (the most challenging mulch laying conditions). Ro-Trak keeps the covering discs and press wheels accurately positioned on each side of the bed; eliminating the problem of row to row adjustments and direction of travel. Ro-Trak is a compact hydraulic steering arm attached to the 3-point hitch that is activated by a sensor at the back of the machine and controls the “fish-tailing” of the mulch layer.
