Generac Starter Assembly OEM #0E42710SRV

Generac 0E4271/0E42710SRV Starter motor fits many Air Cooled standby generators.  Started being used around 1999 and was used until around 2005-2006 on the 990/992CC engines in the 12kW and 15kW generators and portables.  This is a replacement for the very old black-body starters found on the -0 and -1 models of Home Standby Generators.  4456-0, 4456-1, 4390-0, 4390-1 and others.  The older style black-body starters have a rear bracket to hold the back of the starter which is not used with this style and can just be left on the engine.  Direct replacement for the 0E4271 starter.
