30” wood splitting axe is suited for splitting of thicker firewood. The head is designed to cut easily into wood with minimal effort, splitting wood in two parts. The long handle delivers extra power and a two-handed grip. Comes with an edge cover in leather. Made of hickory and hand-forged Swedish steel. The head is attached to the handle using both a wooden and a steel wedge to secure fastening.
