Oversized Hoppers
The shredder hopper opening is 19.6″ x 13.3″, for easily dropping in leaves and prunings by the armload. The chipper hopper (9.4″ x 8.6″) will accept branches up to 4″ in diameter.
Tubular Handlebar for Easy Maneuvering
Easy to grasp (even with gloves on) for smooth maneuvering around the jobsite or in and out of storage. A convenient foot-plate, below the recoil, gives you control as you tilt the machine toward you or “park” it in operating position.

Made of high-carbon/high-chromium forged alloy tool steel, our knives hold an edge longer than those on “bargain” chippers. Still, as with any cutting tool, keeping a sharp edge is important for maintaining peak performance. We recommend keeping an extra on hand so you can minimize downtime.
